Happy New Year, faithful fibro readers! I hope you enjoyed the holiday season with more good time spent with friends and family than on stressing over friends and family...and the holiday season. Hope you ate well, and by "well" I mean guiltlessly scarfing down handfuls of anything not green or leafy. That one's easy. Did you keep up with your exercise routine? Me neither, at least not in it's usual form. But that's ok, now's the time to get back on track.
